Candy Stripes

At first glance, you'll see some different colored stripes in the picture below. You'll see PINK, LIGHT BLUE, ORANGE, and GREEN. Now look closer. Actually, the GREEN and the LIGHT BLUE are the same shade! If you bring your head very close to the screen, you can see that the green/blue stripes actually go across the entire image. This is one of the strongest eye tricks that show how surrounding colors can make their neighbors look completely different! Can you see why it's one of our favorite optical illusions?
